Creative action for community change

Theatre In Flow is a cultural organisation based in Rochdale, dedicated to creating work that challenges discrimination, promotes wellbeing, and builds confidence.

We tell stories, run programmes, and deliver training that supports people facing some of life’s toughest challenges – from homelessness and domestic violence to addiction recovery, racism, involvement with the criminal justice system, and poverty.

We work with adults in community settings and with young people in schools, always with a commitment to social justice. Our collaborations extend to grassroots activists and community groups across Greater Manchester, where together we campaign for systemic change and champion fairer futures.

Since our incorporation in January 2020, we have established a thriving base at Rochdale’s Richard Street Studios, where our team of directors, producers, and administrators continue to develop bold creative work rooted in community.
